My students need a variety of books to increase their love for learning. Students will fall in love with characters like Nancy Drew and the Kids of the Polk Street School!
Students thrive when they feel welcome and heard. In my classroom, we focus on including all students and creating a positive environment for everyone. The students in my classroom are a diverse group of learners. Each student's needs are different from one to the next.
My students focus on working together as a team.

My Project
My students know I love to read; however, they need the chance to discover new series and characters that THEY love.
We all fell in love with a series of books when we were younger; this project will give students the opportunity to read the books they will remember forever.
By acquiring these books for our class library, students will have more choices of books to pick from which will increase their engagement during reading.
Students do not always have access to the resources they need at home. By helping make our classroom library more diverse with lots of different series, students will be excited to pick books and read, read, read!
