My students are very creative. They love to hold conversations with their peers and adults about almost everything. They are very kindhearted and hard working. In my class there are differing personalities that collaborate together perfectly. We are a family that blends together to fix issues.
No one in my class is exactly the same.
We come from all different cultural backgrounds, but that is okay. We thrive on our differences and appreciate our similarities. My children are very amazing.
Preschoolers usually struggle with sensory skills. They do not know how to exactly cope with change and different feelings. I want to give them sensory items (sensory dough, sensory noodles, and sensory water beads) to manipulate so they can deal with different feelings and textures properly.
These materials will ensure they use their sense of touch to play and explore what in our classroom activities.
Manipulating these materials will help the students grow as people. A sensory capability is such an important skill to have, I believe every child deserves a chance to experience ways to develop this skill. Sensory materials will help my classroom very much in many different ways.
