Hello! I am going to be a first-year self-contained level 3 Special Education classroom teacher. I have been extremely passionate about becoming this level of Special Education Teacher since I was in high school! I am finally getting my chance to do so, and I want to make an impact on my incoming students. My students have sensory processing, as well as sensory stimulating behaviors. My goal is to create a sensory room for my students to have access to. Please help support these lovely students! I plan to use the swing to help the students to regulate their feelings and emotions. This room will have light covers and be calming and allow the students to regulate their emotions in an appropriate way.
