My Students

My students are creative, thoughtful, and full of questions! They love learning and come from serval different social-economic backgrounds. My students love hands-on, active, and engaging learning. They have their own interests and learn in their own ways.

Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning, although the method in which they learn best varies.

I am constantly having to use a variety of learning strategies, group work, and learning options to help them succeed.

They are a great group of kids and I am so lucky and thankful to help them learn and grow. I love expanding on their interests and sharing knowledge with them.

My Project

My goal is to provide all of the things my students need to learn and grow to become life long learners. I try to provide opportunities to reach all aspects of my students.

With the sand and water table, I can reach several goals I have set for myself in my classroom.

This particular sand/ water will provide my students with several opportunities to explore and meet several sensory needs. This project will meet several wonderful ideas such as learning to build with different materials. This project will also provide students with science opportunities such as Learning about capacity and measurement.
