My students are special in more ways than I can describe. Our classroom has 20 students with all different capabilities with tons of diversity. We pride ourselves in being in an all-inclusion classroom of children with all different needs. Because of this, I am constantly looking for supplies to better suit their needs.
My students defy the odds, and try their very hardest with what they have.
They truly inspire me every day to come to school and do my very best.
Our classroom is centered completely around kindness, which we talk about every single day. We have adopted a classroom theme around the saying "Throw Kindness Like Confetti", where we encourage all of our students to treat everyone fairly and with a kind heart. They are a truly incredible group of kids, and I have been so impressed with their determination and growth.
My Project
In our full inclusion classroom, we are proud to have a very diverse group of students. Because of this, we have flexible seating to best fit their needs and allows them to work independently. Some students lay on the floor, stand at a desk, or sit at a table. We let them chose!
Because we have such a diverse need, we are hoping for more seating options for them.
The wobble chairs are great for those kids that just need to get their wiggles out throughout the day, and the sensory objects are great for those kiddos that need a break to meet their sensory needs.
