My Project

I teach English to almost 130 seniors. Although it is their last year and many already see themselves as adults, the truth of the matter is they deserve to be treated with as much love and compassion as younger students.

I regularly have seniors tell me that it's hard to focus on their work with even the slightest noise to distract them.

My biggest goal at this moment is to provide a quiet corner in my classroom where kids can sit and work free from distraction. I believe that noise cancelling ear muffs, as well as some floor desks will help them be a bit more comfortable while learning.
