Let's raise the bar! My students are ready. I have been challenging them to reach higher standards. After years of experience, to my surprise, they're reaching to meet the challenge. I need resources to advance their skills. It's the 2nd half of the school year, time for new concepts and activities. Fun and engaging materials to create lasting memories is just want they need at the precious age of 4!
It is my job to inspire students, to engage them and to motivate them into independent learners.
In the beginning, I had some that couldn't tell a number from a letter!
My class contains most of the special education students in kindergarten. While I do have a variety of family structures, most are large single, low income families with poor communication skills. I don't feel my students should suffer from this disadvantage. They need to be supported in order to be successful and without this support, they are being setup for failure.
My Project
The Alphabet Sounds Teaching Tubs, Mad Mattr® Sensory Dough, and Write the Letter Activity Center will help my little ones stay focused and participate with interest. We all know how busy three-year-old little ones can be. They need lots of interesting resources to keep them interested and engaged.
The Alphabet Sounds Teaching Tubs offer great hands-on vocabulary development.
Many of my students have very little exposure to vocabulary. They may not know what a mirror is called or how the word mirror is connected to an actual mirror. These resources will have them talking and learning all year long. I'm also requesting Mad Mattr® Sensory Dough, and Write the Letter Activity Center.
Thank you for helping me make sense out of their world.
