My students need to see and celebrate their work in Math throughout the school. The magnetic pockets will allow students to hang their work throughout the classroom and the school.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are beautiful, kind, and loving children. They come from a large urban school district where 95% of them receive a free or reduced lunch. They come from all backgrounds and from all over the globe, including Somalia, Puerto Rico, South America and Africa.
My Students love having new experiences and participating in engaging and interesting lessons and activities.
My students love coming to school and they love to learn.

My Project
The Freez A Frame Clear Magnetic Pockets 5 Pack (8.5" x 11), Westcott LetterCraft Removable Vinyl Letters, Number and Symbols, and Vis-A-Vis Wet-Erase Overhead Transparency Markers will help me to create excitement and engagement with daily math challenges in the classroom and through the school.
The pockets will allow students to share and have their work celebrated in the classroom and hallways throughout the school.
The Letters, Number and Symbols and Wet-Erase Markers will be used to post math problems on the hallway board.
With these materials, my students will get to see their Math work as something to be proud of and celebrate!
