My Project

My students are an engaged and enthusiastic bunch, and they are so excited about learning to read! While we have many resources to help students learn about the relationships between letters and sounds, this project will allow me to add Secret Stories to our bag of tricks!

This curriculum resource will provide engaging stories to help students learn which letters work together to make various sounds; it will help them to crack the reading code to make them stronger readers and writers!

These "secret" stories will ignite curiosity in my readers, making them WANT to know more about the letter combinations! Using stories for each letter combination will help my kindergartners more easily remember the information, so that they can apply it when reading and writing.
