Help me give my students a carpet, a wagon, easel pads, classroom decor and more, which they will need for second grade.

My Project

The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. We just need your help in getting everything through our door! The large carpet will be placed in the front of the classroom and used as a gathering place during mini-lessons and share time. The border and posters will help make the classroom environment fun and inviting for learning. The large anchor chart paper will help make our lessons turn into interactive hands on learning for the whole class to remember!

The donations to this project will help my students be able to learn without being limited by traditional seating that may or may not accommodate everyone’s needs.

The students in my classroom will have plenty of options to choose what is right for their learning style. Some students prefer to stand while others prefer to sit in the floor.

Flexible seating also can help with behavior. Students will be coming into a positive environment that is calming and inviting for all learning types. My second graders will be excited to come to class each day!
