My second grade students are full of excitement and life! I teach in a rural Oregon Coastal Community. Each and every day our classroom strives to learn. My students are eager to learn through creativity and exploration! They thrive in an organized classroom with a variety of options available to them.
My students work daily to become the best version of themselves academically, behaviorally and socially.
My students know that hard work and goal setting will get them to their desired outcome. It takes a community to provide students with the tools to be motivated and successful learners.
My Project
Providing the basic tools for learning is essential to the success of my second grade students. I teach at a Title 1 school where some supplies are hard to come by.
Students need pencils and white board markers to write down their thoughts and get their work done.
Clip boards allow us to do paperwork in places around the classroom. Second grade students are growing and a mid morning snack is of benefit to their development.
