My Students

The students that come in to my room are ready to go! Albeit, they ready at different levels, nonetheless, ready to go. The students are very diverse in terms of their worldly experiences and what they offer to their groups.

Kids learn at different levels, rates, and with different mediums.

It is my job to ensure I have many opportunities available for my student to learn.

Students in my classroom will be able to access learning in a way that best motivates their path of success.

My Project

I am to create a classroom environment which allows studnets to freely choose how they sit. Having flexible seating options allows students to become comfortable in my classroom .

When students have choice, they take ownership.

The table risers and bean bag chairs will allow students to choose how they will access the material.

The mints will be used as "brain food." Students will be able to use mints during a structured break in the learning. The mints can/will also be used an incentives for "achieveMINT."

The cleaning supplies will ensure that the spread of germs in kept to a minimum.
