I teach students from 7th grade to 12th grade in mathematics. These students really have different personalities, but I enjoy getting to teach such a wide range of students. My students are all looking for ways to do their best. They push each other to achieve goals that are above and beyond the expectations. Being a small school we look for the bigger and better ways to complete all our task. Many of time my students have to think outside the box. They surprise me every day with the ideas and accomplishments that they come up with.
Many of my students have not had a chance to experience what life has to offer outside of our small town.
We push to have successful goals toward post education. I want to help push my students further and give them the best education that they come to school to achieve. Seeing the smiles on their faces throughout the day definitely makes me feel I am completing that task. Without my students, "who are my kids", life just would not be the same.
The 30" x 72" tables from Quill will allow my students and myself more room in the classroom along with a collaborative learning style. We discuss how people must work together in the real world and we find that we like to work that way in our classroom. Tables also allow me, the teacher, to join the students and help more than one student at a time.
Donations to this project will allow us to work together and improve our understanding and team work!
We want to show others that we have the power to excel. Thank you in advance!
