My Students

My classroom is filled with students from all socioeconomic backgrounds and academic abilities. They are all so eager to learn and try new things. They love hands-on activities and work with one another. Every day, they walk through the door excited to see what they will be learning. I am so also excited for the upcoming year as I transition over to a second-grade teacher!

My classroom is filled with students who work hard and try their best every single day.

School is one of their favorite places to be! They are amazing kids and deserve a great educational experience.

My Project

My students have a hard time fitting all their textbooks and materials in their desks. We have practiced how to organize and keep things tidy but they just do not have enough space. I would love for each of my students to have a seat sack that they could use to store the items they frequently use. This would help free up valuable time we could spend learning instead of looking and rearranging the things they need for our lessons.

Organized desks lead to less anxious students, which will lead to better learning.

I have also included some non-fiction books that will be added to our library. I strive hard to include books that represent all my students and have also included a few more titles that would be a great addition to our classroom.
