My Students

My students are full of excitement towards learning everyday! They love reading and writing stories and are so proud of their progress. They work hard all day. Our school is in a large urban district.

In our classroom are children of all developmental levels including students that are deaf or hard of hearing.

I love to watch how they work together to help each other learn. They inspire me with their inclusion and kindness towards each other.

I love teaching kindergarten because everything is new, exciting, and fun. Their excitement is contagious!

My Project

The students in my kindergarten classroom come ready to learn everyday! They are excited to learn to read and write. We use white boards daily to practice our writing skills.

Seat Sacks are needed because my students sit at tables and have no place to store learning supplies.

White boards, markers, and erasers, among other supplies, end up all over the table and impede learning.

Seat Sacks go on the back of chairs and provide a place for students to neatly and conveniently store their white boards, markers, erasers, books, and other learning supplies. Seat sacks provide a place to help students to learn organization!
