Seat Sacks for Six Year Olds!

My students need 30 seat sacks for the back of their chairs. We have tables and not desks so this would help greatly with organization of learning materials!

My Students

My students are kind little kiddos who love to learn and are so appreciative of new experiences and items to make their lives easier. I have high expectations for my first graders and one of them is teaching my students how to stay organized, which is why we would benefit so greatly from seat sacks for the back of our chairs. We do not have desks and anyone who has been around a 6 year old knows that this is a skill that is taught, not mastered at the start of first grade. Seat sacks would not only keep their materials organized, it would help my students with their executive functioning skills when it comes to organization and planning, a skill all students need for the rest of their lives.

My Project

This would be a small feature to our classroom that would help immensely! Not only will it help my students with having a place for their work, it will help them learn key organizational skills and help with their executive functioning processes that are necessary for the rest of their lives.

This will help my students save time finding the necessary materials needed for learning and it will also be something that is theirs.

A place that is theirs and something for their supplies, materials, and creations. All students need a space that is their own. Thank you for whomever chooses to donate!
