My Students

The #BESTCLASSEVER is full of bright, vibrant, curious star students. The school is in a growing area and consists of kindergarten through fourth grade. In our class, we use values instead of rules to drive us and work together to become our best selves socially and academically to help reach our goals.

No one can stop the #BESTCLASSEVER because they are hard-working, caring, responsible, and incredible.

This is our mantra and we strive for all of the above together each day in our classroom.

My Project

Due to COVID-19, this is the first year my 2nd grade students have been in school for a full day schedule. My students learn through engaging visual demonstrations. Technology is one engagement tool I use in my classroom. With an iPad, I can utilize my teaching in many ways. One way, I can reach all learners with proximity by walking around the classroom while continually displaying my instruction on the screen. Another way, is using the iPad like a document camera. A document camera is very useful in the classroom for helping students see an example of work by other students or their teacher.

The gaps created by the pandemic, can much easier be closed with support through an iPad and Apple TV in our classroom.

We are working hard to close these gaps and give students all the support they deserve. Please help us give the best for these 2nd graders.
