When the coronavirus pandemic began, I brought most of my Morning Meeting materials home which included my calendar, counting the days of the year, the weather and our phonics program, Word Works Daily. I failed to think about was how I was going to project my lessons and videos for my students. Unfortunately, they cannot view many of the lessons I want to share.
By donating to this project, you will be giving my students the ability to view projected lessons and activities, from home, that they need in order to be prepared for first grade.
I brought my projector home, but it is very difficult to see what is being projected onto a door. What's best about this project is that it can be used now and for many years to come.
We are trying our best to keep some normalcy in the lives of our young students and my hope is continue with lessons that are consistent and familiar to my students and hopefully relieve some anxiety.
My Project
When remote learning began, the one thing that I didn't think about was how I was going to project my lessons and educational content for my students to see. At school, I use my large whiteboard, but at home, I am currently using a door and it's not the best setup.
With your generosity, you will be giving me the ability to project lessons and educational content to my class during this time of remote learning.
This has been so hard on all of us, and I would love to make this experience a little better for my kids by having quality visuals for them.
