Hello wonderful donor! Leadership High School has an incredible group of young artists who would like to learn new techniques. We are interested in learning the process of screen printing, which would serve many needs. Students will work together, learning a design process that they can carry out into the world when they graduate. They will be creating works that will be visuals for various school events. Last year, we created a school wide "Health Day", which was a whole day of workshops responding to students' interests in their health. We attempted to create the signs and t-shirts at the school, but did not have the resources. This project would give the students the knowledge to create and design their own works, as well as represent our school values of communication, social responsibility, personal responsibility and critical thinking. This is a project that will continue to give to our community for years to come.
