Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We would like to provide popular technology items as raffle prizes for our 6th grade students after their state testing. Lately, students have been having a hard time finding purpose finding motivation to do well on our required state testing. The tests are difficult for many of our kids, and sometimes they give up during the tests. .

We are hoping if we are to raffle some prizes that students will find that drive and motivation to meet their end of the year goals for testingIf the students grow in their end of year tests they will be given a raffle ticket to enter in for a prize of their choice.

Kids love technology, so we requested a computer since many of the students don't have one. We would like to make this a big celebration in 6th grade to celebrate their accomplishments!
