My Students

Fourth graders are exceptional individuals to be around! They see the world in ways that foster creativity, inquiry, and learning. My students are a wonderful group of aspiring learners! As a lifelong learner myself, I strive to instill this in my students. They thirst for knowledge and require a unique environment. This environment must be conducive to their individual learning styles. With new programs and technological advances they are becoming college and career ready. These brilliant kids are our future!

My Project

These materials will make a difference in my students' learning because our new science series is primarily online. The printer and ink will allow me to print tangible copies of the materials for the students to read and annotate, as well as manipulate a variety of texts. This will deepen my students understanding of complex science concepts through literacy. The new science curriculum comes with a variety of games and center activities. Once printed, students will be able to cooperatively work in groups to solve investigations or play educational games with their peers. Students will then be able to use their knowledge to effectively hypothesize what will happen in experiments.
