My Students

Our students live in a very small isolated community in rural Oregon. We are a Title I school that serves a wide range of kids, many of those kids do not have access to the things that they need. We have many military families in our community. Our students love to learn.

Our kindergarten students are coming into a year that is completely different than any other.

Having the right materials at school and at home supports and encourages learning.

My Project

When I discovered Generation Genius, I found an awesome and engaging supplemental science program that my students love! Every time I turn it on my students get excited and can't wait to see what they are learning about. My kindergarten students are moving to full at-home learning this week for an indeterminate amount of time and this program will help them to continue to get science.

Digital resources are a must-have to keep students engaged and learning from home, Generation Genuis, and Teachers Pay Teachers can help me provide that for my students.
