Help me give my students an amazing science curriculum that lends itself to distance learning. I am looking to purchase a supplemental science curriculum that will give my students hands on science experiments and interactive notebooks.

My Students

We are a low-income, Title I school. We have been forced off campus for the rest of the school year with talk of not returning to a traditional school in the fall. Many of our students depend on the local library or fast food restaurants for free internet access, with the closure of those locations, our students are sitting in the school parking lots to use district WIFI.

Although we are hopeful that school will return to normal in the fall, I am still doing my best to have a plan for next year that can be achieved through traditional or distance learning.

I would also like to finish strong for my current fourth-graders during our last few weeks of 2019/2020 distance learning.

My Project

Science is a huge subject in our fourth-grade classroom. This is the first time that students truly study the scientific method and see, through hands-on activities, how the world works. The amazing curriculum that I am requesting has come highly recommended by teachers I trust.

This curriculum contains lessons, readings, interactive notebooks, PowerPoint presentations, as well as, dozens of hands-on science experiments and STEAM projects.

After talking to other fourth grade teachers that use the program, I believe that this curriculum will be easily adapted to distance learning.
