My Students

William High School is an inner city school that has opened its doors to merge with a local middle school that has unfortunately closed. Our school motto is "Great expectations in pursuit of excellence." The goal is to foster students to becoming not only capable and well prepared leaders in their community, but beyond. It is our school's mission to ensure the success of these students from the middle school level, onto the high school level and well into college.

My Project

These materials will help enhance my classroom and let me children soar into the exciting world of virtual field trips, virtual labs and will put a new spin on learning by allowing them to put science in motion with virtual reality lessons. Having tablets in the classroom in the past has proved to be a successful tool for science curriculum. It can allow students to learn at their pace and gain technological knowledge that is vital in the workforce.

These tablets serve the perfect engagement tool.
