My Students

Our students are very active and love to learn. Many of our students are being raised in non-traditional households and receive free and reduced lunch based on their income. At this age level, the students are excited to be successful in their learning.

My students are excited to learn and are always up for a challenge!

The students in our school are diverse and bring various cultural backgrounds and life experiences to our classrooms. I love that my students always persevere and rise up to meet any challenge I give them.

My Project

Super Science magazine will help my students learn how things are made and keep up to date on current science events. This magazine will allow the students to make connections between social studies and science, while using deeper level reading comprehension skills.

Elementary school kids love high interest science magazines!

For the last year, kids have been at home with limited learning opportunities. They are eager to learn and I want to provide them with good opportunities to do this. Another great thing about this magazine is that when we are done with it in class, they can take it home and share with their families!
