Science Fair

My Project

I teach science at a school where the curriculum is entirely online. I have been creating opportunities to foster curiosity in my students and get them off the computer and put science in their hands. That's what brought us to what will hopefully become my new favorite annual tradition.

It's time to inspire curiosity at the Science Fair!

This will be an opportunity for my students to discover their interests and learn how to find answers on their own. The ultimate goal of education is to help students learn independently. This project is all about giving students choice in what they learn and teaching them how to find answers on their own. After our fair is done, every student has the opportunity to enter their project in the state science fair in May.
