This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are eager learners. They are creative and excited about learning. They especially like Science and find it so interesting. They love hands-on activities and challenging projects. They come to school ready to learn new things and grow academically.

My students love learning, however they all learn differently.

I incorporate different strategies, group projects, and small groups to ensure the students' needs are met. I believe the project that I am trying to get funded will address all students' abilities.

My Project

This material will add to our curriculum and enhance the material that we use in the classroom. I hope to make Science as interesting as possible. I want my students to be engaged and inquisitive about Science. These books will allow us more interesting information about Science while improving their reading skills. I hope to make our Science class interesting and fun. The world around them is so amazing, and there is so much for them to learn. I want to create a learning environment that makes them want to learn more about the incredible world that they live in.
