Our students are unique and creative learners in a non-traditional environment. We are housed on a community college campus where our students take their core high school courses with high school teachers as well as college courses with college instructors.
Many of our students join our program as the first in their family to have an opportunity to earn a college degree while also earning their high school diploma.
Within our program, we offer many opportunities for our students to demonstrate mastery through creative projects.
My Project
Help my students add a little color to their classwork. My students love seeing stickers on their work when they have done a good job and they work hard to get those stickers. They also love that I grade their work in a variety of colors and not just red ink. These supplies will help bring a little color to their classwork.
Having students enjoy little bright spots in their day to day work helps to keep them motivated.
My students work hard to get good grades and they love seeing the colorful stickers and pens and often use those pens to complete their graphic organizers.
