My students are eager, creative, thoughtful, and curious. This love of learning translates to all subjects. My students love to artistically show examples of how to solve math equations or draw pictures of their narrative stories.
My school is a Title 1 school where 100% of my students receive free and reduced price lunch.
These students come from a variety of backgrounds and countries. In previous years I have had four different languages spoken in my classroom with many students identifying as an English Language Learner.
These materials will be used on a daily basis in my classroom to enhance student learning and engagement.
Students will have access to Crayola supplies to enhance their learning in reading, writing, math, and science.
These supplies will allow my students to demonstrate their knowledge in more than one way, through pictures, posters, group projects, and creative expression. The dry erase markers will allow students to draw mathematical pictures and equations. The folders will keep the students organized with their pictures and ongoing assignments. Also, the sanitizer and wipes help us clean up after our messes. The paper makes sure we have access to copy pictures or trace items in throughout the year. Colored and white paper is a necessity in art! Please consider donating so my students can have access to the materials they need to be successful.
