My students need basic school supplies for everyday learning, as well as materials for Intervention learning.

Imagine being excited to learn, but lacking the basic supplies to do your assignments. That is what many students face. So, to make sure all of the students in my class have proper materials for school, I would like to provide them with basic school supplies.
Students at my school come from diverse backgrounds and work diligently to succeed despite the fact that 95% are socioeconomically disadvantaged.
The scholars in my class come from low-income households that cannot always afford the materials needed for learning. All of my scholars have a deep love for learning and are excited to discover new things. Our school is a community charter school. The parents choose our school as an opportunity for their children that is an alternative to the local public schools. Children in grades kindergarten through eighth grade attend our school.
These resources will be used every day by the students. The notebooks will be used for their reading and math work. The folders will hold their papers. The students will be able to learn organizational skills by having color-coded notebooks and folders. This will help them to have their materials handy, in an organized and neat way. Giving the students basic supplies will ensure that all of the students in my class have an equal start and have the supplies and materials that they need to learn to the best of their abilities.
These materials will improve my classroom by giving the students the basic tools they need to complete their school assignments.
The books and games are great resources for our Intervention time where scholars are independently learning and reinforcing classroom material. My classroom library lacks independent reading books for my scholars who are high-level readers; these books will give them more options to explore a varied text during independent reading. The games give a fun way of learning to my scholars.
