We are a school of amazing students! Our students are caring, respectful, responsible members of society who have incredibly curious minds. Our school families are partners in their child's learning. We are an Expeditionary Learning school with students who are excited every year to dive deep into their expeditions, whether that be learning more about birds, engineering, or American History!
My Project
In the library at my school, I teach students from PreK through Fifth grade, including two Special Education classes. This gives me a wide variety of needs for books and materials that are not just appropriate, but fun and exciting for all students!
To create a sense of joy and belonging in the library I work to serve the needs and interests of all students, not just those who already love reading.
The materials from this project will fill our shelves with new books and give us the tools to experience storytelling in different ways.
