Help me give my students Scholastic News Magazine to keep up on current events and informational text all year long.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I have twenty-five students in my classroom. I teach in a school that is located in an impoverished area of Michigan. My students come from a wide range of backgrounds and ability levels. For some students, school is the best part of their day. I want them to have a very positive experience so the love of learning sticks with them.
My school is a Title I school, and all of my students receive free lunch.
They are eager to learn and deserve the very best opportunities we can give them!
Having access to a weekly subscription of Scholastic News Magazine is a great way for my students to explore more informational text. This magazine provides great resources for students to also learn about current events in the world around them.
Having access to their own Scholastic Magazine weekly will help my students learn both their science and social studies standards.
My students also will be able to access the technology portion of this great magazine by listening to the words read to them, watching real videos about the topic, and to play skills games for assessments. When finished, students can collect and enjoy their colorful magazine at home!
