My Students

Many of our students attended a Title I elementary school. They are hardworking and very enthusiastic. They are from diverse backgrounds and add to the culture of our school. They face many challenges daily.

My students have turned windows into doors. They break through barriers many other students do not face. They made 20% gains on our state end-of-course exam. If they have the tools to be successful, they can be. They want a level playing field in the classroom.

My Project

I teach civics for 7th grade students. I go to different trainings across the country and receive materials that are print copies only. I need a way to load them into my drive to use in Google Classroom.

I want to provide materials digitally for my students that available to me only in print.

I go to trainings all across the United States regarding civics. I have many materials from various museums and landmarks from all over the county. I want to show and share these materials to my students but need a scanner to get them into my drive. The pencils are to keep my students supplied until June.
