As a teacher in a Title One school, some of my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Eleven out of my 16 students receive free or reduced lunch. Despite the challenges they face, they all look forward to coming to school! I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
My students are creative, bright and very enthusiastic!
We are constantly singing, dancing and playing our way through the standards.
Printables and accessible centers are important for my students. We do a lot of hands-on centers for ELA and math but it can be difficult to get these materials to my students in a timely manner without a printer in the classroom. I'm blessed to teach in a school where I have access to as many copies as I need to teach my students, but often, they are not working correctly and they only print in black and white.
Students love color!
I would love to be able to print out their centers in color each month! The paper, printer and HP instant ink access will allow me to do that.
