My Students

At my school the children are creative and enthusiastic about learning. Especially when it comes to cutting edge technology. Their faces light up when they are fully engaged in technology, gaming, engineering, and scientific experiments.

Our school is trying to get as much funding as possible through grants and donors so that we can continue to brighten our students smiles and minds.

I know my children will be grateful for anything and everything that promotes a comfortable environment, 21st century activities, and mind provoking play. I will be working with at least 500 different students K-5 who love learning, school, and technology!

My Project

I play a lot of books at the beginning of class on the promethian board and the children love it. However, certain books are not available online, like the "Hello Ruby" series. Even when they are available online, I sometimes prefer to read directly to the children. This way we can stop and discuss the concepts in the books.

The "Hello Ruby" series is the world's most whimsical way to learn about computers, technology and programming.

The books I choose will allow me to engage the children and peak their interest in technology. The books will also be available for students to read on their own if they choose to do so.
