Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students always find it hard to stay motivated. I am always looking for new ways to help them stay entertained as well as making them have fun while learning. Due to the world pandemic my students will be forced to learn and create art with extra safety guidelines. Most of my students come from a rough area of town with high poverty rates. They usually come to school already dealing with so many issues from home. My students are hard workers, and they do not give up.

My Project

These six cameras will help enhance my art curriculum and lessons. I can give students another outlet to express themselves creatively. I will use these cameras to introduce my students to photography and show them ways to create art using these digital cameras. These cameras will help motivate my less motivated student who are scared or less confident to draw and express themselves creatively. My students will be able to use these camera to enhance their art lessons as well as learning how to photograph their own artwork and manipulate their images digitally.
