My students need 3 memory flash cards, an extra battery for our digital camera, a protective case for our iPad and a Sony Handycam.
This project expired on January 20, 2013.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
Our district has been unable to provide teachers/classrooms with supply money for the past three years. My students are bright and creative, I want to capture every moments of their 1st grade learning experiences.
I have eighteen six and seven year old students in my classroom.
I teach in a rural public school district in Oklahoma. Most of my students are considered low socio-economic with our free and reduced lunch rate close to 80%. For many of my students, the only technology they get to use is in their classroom.
We need a digital video camera, protective iPad case, and storage devices for our classroom. I want my students to remember their first grade school year for ever. We will video all our learning projects and make a digital portfolio for parents to view. I will also be able to put video on our class website so that parents can see what we are learning.
My students rely on donors like you.
Our district has been faced with so many state and federal cutbacks in the last few years. My students deserve the best and that is what I am trying to get for them. With your help, I can get them what they need.
