My Students

I teach many exciting thirds, fourth, and fifth graders who want to learn, be challenged and get active every chance they get! They are excited and inspired by the world around them, so much so, that they inspire me daily.

My students are passionate critical thinkers.

Each day, they strive to learn more, do more, and be more. They know the more they learn the more they grow! Their futures are bright. Combined with their desire to learn and incredible support, they are destined for success.

My Project

I teach many gifted math students throughout the day! I always strive to create the perfect learning environment-one that welcomes students and allows them the freedom to feel at home.

My students love to move around the room and learn.

Some students prefer a traditional desk, some prefer working on the floor, and some prefer a more cafe-type arrangement.

Gifted students love CHOICE. With the table and stools in the project, students would have more choice about where to sit and learn. When students are comfortable in their classroom environment, learn increases exponentially. Engagement will naturally increase with seating options.
