Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our school is made up of various families from different neighborhoods, educational backgrounds, and economic groups. One of the many things we all have in common is a love and desire for these children to succeed.

We are back in person but COVID is here and is currently very contagious.

Some students have been doing distance learning for the last year a half and we are easing our way back into full-time in-person learning.

My Project

We are in a time when COVID is spreading. We are back in school, but cases are popping up frequently. I want to be able to provide all students access to the most effective masks.

I want all my students to have access to the most effective masks, regardless of their income, or abilities to find them, both at home and at school so that we can continue to prevent the spread of COVID.

We really want schools to stay open and safe and these masks are what scientists are saying are currently needed.
