Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I have over 100 students including my homeroom and activity classes. All my students are respectful, kind, and very hard working children. I love that I have the privilege of working with them on a daily basis. My students are from diverse backgrounds. This is what makes teaching so fun and just as they learn new things from me, they too, teach me something new everyday.
My Project
Science is fun and my students love conducting experiments, however, I believe that safety comes first and I always emphasize the importance of safety before starting a lab. It's important to keep our science equipment safely stored and out the way when students are not utilizing it.
The materials I am requesting will help our class be safe and organized.
Most, if not all of the containers are a clear material, so that my students and I can see exactly what is in them. This makes it easier to find the equipment when we need for lab days.
