Help me give my students magnifying glasses to explore the world around them, and journals to be able to create observational drawings and reflections.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are learners who know how to engage in and enjoy inquiry and exploration. We learn in a project-based environment with student-centered activities. I try to provide my students with opportunities to learn science that applies to their experiences.
My students are passionate hands-on learners.
They are creative thinkers, scientists, and artists, and would love to apply those skills to becoming adept with technology as well. We will be continuing with our as much hands-on learning as possible from a distance!
My Project
If we were learning in person, my science classes would be full of hands-on exploration.
Unfortunately we need to be learning from a distance to stay safe, but I don't want that to stop us from being able to learn in a hands-on way!
Our school community has been heavily impacted by the coronavirus, and any small gestures I can give my students to keep their spirits up would go a long way. Your donations will provide my students with magnifying glasses so they can explore at home, and journals so they can write reflections and record their observations.
