My students have learned Mandarin Chinese as a second language 3 years. They spend half day in my Chinese class and half day in English class. They do a great job in Chinese and English class. 50/50 dual immersion model makes my students have a great opportunity to learn a foreign language. Even they don't speak any Chinese at home, their language fluency is amazing.
Students love to challenge themselves in academic, and like to learn Chinese culture.
As a teacher, I provide safe, meaningful, and educational environment for my students. I'm happy I'm their Chinese teacher .
My Project
Students use facial tissues and hand soap every day, and use wipes every week. We have Fresh Fruits and Vegetables program on every Tuesday and Thursday. Students like this program a lot. In order to eat safely, I would like them to wipe the table before and after they eat. My students are easy to have running nose because of weather change. They are running out of facial tissues in my classroom. I have some students because of sensitive skin. They can't use hand sanitizer to wash they hands before having fresh fruits, vegetables or lunch. They're running out of hand soap to wash their hands.
I like my students.
