Rugs for the Music Room

Help me give my students floor rugs for classroom management and organization since we don't use chairs.

My Students

My students are full of life and vigor. They are curious and thoughtful. They feel safe to explore and grow. They are loved and they know it. They are a family... a family of which I am honored to be a part.

My students are the heart of our school community.

They are the reason our team of teachers gets up in the morning. They are inspiring... and, in addition to learning, they have a lot to teach the adults all around them.

My Project

My music classroom does not use chairs. It is a big space, full of a lot of potential. The rugs I am requesting would serve as classroom management tools. The individual circles on the rugs can be assigned seats in the classroom to help with learning names, tracking assessment, turns, etc.

The rugs I am requesting also have the flexibility to serve multiple purposes.

The two large half circles can be put together to form a large circle to help form standing/dancing circles for many activities. They can also be separated to create teams, centers, etc. These rugs will be used for the formation of music class every day.
