My students need microphones, wireless speakers, wireless mice, and headsets with microphones when recording and editing in Movie Maker. They also need a USB charging station to keep everything charged and ready for use.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
I have a diverse group of students and although we are all very different, there is one thing that we do have in common - we love to learn and we work so hard at it! We do not allow our financial backgrounds or differences to hold us back from achieving our goals.
I work very hard to establish a community of engaged learners in my classroom.
No matter our circumstances at the end of the day we know what is most important and strive hard to make every day a successful one.
My students crave knowledge, are very creative, they have a passion for learning, and love to discover new adventures. One of our many adventures is our Roving Reporters Club where we take on the roll of reporters who spread the wonderful news at our school. A great way to keep the students engaged from kindergarten through 5th grades. In order to make our club a very successful one, we need enough technology materials to help us achieve our goals. We would love your help in making our Roving Reporters Club run smoothly and efficiently.
My Project
These materials will make a tremendous difference for my students by helping them record, edit, produce, and publish their work using Movie Maker. These resources will also allow them the opportunity to work collaboratively together.
In order to create a successful atmosphere when conducting an interview, you need the proper technology materials.
The microphones are easily attached to the iPad's to allow the students to ask questions and be heard even when those pesky background noises decide to take over. The headsets with microphones will allow the students to edit pieces within Movie Maker. The USB charging station will keep all of the equipment charged when not in use. In all, the students will have an opportunity to have the correct technology to record, edit, and produce amazing pieces to share amongst their peers.
