Rolling with Good Speech

Help me give my students a rolling cart and a rug for better speech therapy services. The rolling cart would be used to provide articulation therapy outside students' classrooms.

My Project

Since COVID-19, there has been a huge increase in referrals for students with impaired articulation skills. Masks have caused young children to be unable to see peoples' mouths, which means they are not getting proper speech models. Students who were already receiving speech services have shown regression or slowed progress toward goals due to the increased absences caused by illness and/or quarantine mandates. The rolling cart would allow me to provide daily speech services outside classrooms, minimizing time away from instruction.

For students who come to my classroom for services (language, fluency, social skills), the rug would give a flexible seating option.
