My Students

I work with babies! My classroom has 8 kids aged from 6 weeks to 3 years old. We get to experience all the fun from the first years of life. I believe this age group grows the most in the short time they are with me. We start with brand new baby snuggles, to learning to walk, talk and saying their ABC's! Watching these kids grow from infants, to sending them off to preschool with the confidence the need to succeed.

My Project

Working with Early Head start children is so fun and rewarding. We learn and play all day long. When these babies get tired they get really tired really quick. We would love a glider rocker so we are able to rock our babies to sleep peacefully! When you are rocking up to 8 kids to sleep you get sore and stiff. Sometimes we have to stand and move around from sitting and rocking for so long. Being able to rock our kids in a nice padded rocking chair would make all the difference in the world to us and them.
