My Students

My students are from a low income area. They strive to learn but cannot seem to focus on daily learning, due to other challenges going on in their lives. They have many things on their young minds besides education. Many of my students are dealing with custody issues and not knowing where their next meal is coming from. Several of my students receive Backpack Buddies in which they receive food to eat at home. For many, this is the only constant food supply they have.

My students want to feel loved and have some stability before they can even think about learning academically.

I want them to have a love for learning and put the things out of their control out of their young minds.

My Project

My students will be able to use the Rocketbooks to work collaboratively to learn new skills. The Rocketbook pages can be erased and reused over and over again. They can use colored pens to help determine which student does what on each assignment.

My students will be able to upload these amazing Rocketbook pages to Google Classroom where I can look over their work and send it back to them to continue working on the assignment.

These books work along with technology to help students be engaged in the learning process. My students will be able to use these interactive books in all subjects. Please help my students advance academically using technology.
