My students need to be able to transfer information, sketches and ideas flawlessly between their notebooks and the computer. Rocketbooks are the perfect way to connect their physical notes and drawings with their digital projects.

My Students

My students are absolutely AMAZING. I have had such an amazing time getting to know each and every one of them. Despite all of the struggles they face being in an at-risk Title 1 school, they live life to the fullest! They truly are a great group of individuals.

They come from so many different backgrounds and have had to overcome so much to get where they are now.

My students face struggles, that most people couldn't even imagine. They are under so much pressure from every day life. When they step into the art room, it is like a breath of fresh air. They are here. We are a family. They are ready to create and learn.

My Project

Rocketbooks are notebooks specifically designed to integrate technology with physical notes, ideas and sketches. The students can record notes, sketch out project ideas, write down lists and use the space to creatively problem solve, and then scan the paper using their phone. Doing so creates a copy of the page and automatically sends the page to a site of their choosing (Dropbox, google drive, email, etc...)

Rocketbooks will make the transition from the start of the project, to the end more effortless.

Rocketbooks will also eliminate the usage of paper in the classroom. If the students have their own notebooks, the use of scrap paper is no longer utilized.
