My Project

My students, past and present, are my rock stars. I absolutely love teaching, and I am always looking for ways to reach and teach all of my students. Thanks to good parenting and positive classroom culture, my rock stars are kind, polite, intelligent, fun, creative, thoughtful, and enthusiastic learners!

Writing in cursive has sadly become a lost art, I want my Rock Stars to be able to be able to write and read cursive handwriting.

Life is full of technology, and I use it daily. My Rock Stars are well versed in typing, but need to also learn the secret code of cursive! Students these days lack the basic skill of signing their names in cursive. These cursive workbooks will help me teach it by the end of the year. They will also be able to keep the books. Students that struggle with writing manuscript often prefer to write in cursive because it flows differently. Learning cursive will be a life skill, despite technology being a sign of the times.
