This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My community of learners loves to read books, dance, and sing! They enjoy moving about the room, reading fun books, writing, and learning to add and subtract bigger and bigger numbers! Our Title 1 school is an environment of JOY.

This amazing group of learners is so kind and seek out ways to express their feelings!

They stretch their reading and writing muscles daily, and have a blast learning new math concepts!

I want to give my class the tools to be creative and successful!

My Project

NeoRok Stools will help my students to focus better by being able to rock and move while they are learning.

Students can work on their reading and writer's craft while still having the opportunity to movement that wakes up their muscles and is not distracting to others.

Many of my students are kinesthetic learners and look for ways to move around. Engaging in large muscle groups while rocking on these stools will help keep their brains and bodies active and learning.

Being able to have movement opportunities, like rocking while learning, will really help my students to keep active at their seats and getting their best work done.
